Serdal Holding L.L.C., an Abu Dhabi-based Emirati company led by Chairman H.H<\/strong> Sheikh Hamdan Bin Sultan Bin Hamdan Al Nahyan, Member of the UAE Royal Family<\/strong>, and represented by CEO<\/strong> Ali Abdulla Ali Saeed Almazrouei<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Last but not least, the UAE has an extremely attractive taxation system for foreign companies, regulated by decrees issued by individual emirates.<\/p>\n

A particularly distinctive element of this country’s economy, then, is the level of income per capita, which allows it to maintain particularly high standards of living, with GDP per capita among the highest in the world and significantly higher than the average for advanced economies.<\/p>\n

The Memorandum of Understanding signed will make it possible to facilitate, through the strengths of SERDAL HOLDING L.L.C., (such as the vast network of knowledge, expertise and experience in the Emirati Confederation) and through the support and advice of the Professionals of PDM & PARTNERS STP, the materialization of important opportunities for Italian Companies in the UAE.<\/p>\n

Opportunities in a rich, dynamic, highly competitive but not without pitfalls market, to operate in which investment, adequate market knowledge, a strong presence in the territory and a forward-looking strategy are required, which this new partnership makes available to Italian companies, for new and concrete business prospects.<\/p>\n
